DiffEQ fix

I'm behind on my posting, and likely to stay that way for awhile.

I've pushed some simple fixes to DiffEQ to GitHub. Requirements work better, and it's about ready to have the new gem pushed, which should obsolete all the old ones (DiffEQ, SimpleExpression, Integrator and Plotz).

I'm planning to release it as version 0.0.3, which is higher than the old version numbers. I didn't release often.
